Ledlenser is internationally recognised as a world leader in portable lighting solutions. At the heart of most of our torches and headlamps is a lens/reflector optic called the Advanced Focus System (AFS). The Advanced Focus System has been developed and patented by Ledlenser. Ledlenser backs it’s lights with a 2+5 warranty for complete peace of mind – a two year standard warranty plus five years extension available by simply registering your Ledlenser light purchase online.

I have a rechargeable model that I won't be using for a few months. How should I store it?

Rechargeable Ledlenser headlamps and torches should be stored with at least 40-60% charge. When storing for long periods, they should be recharged at least once every 3 months. This will assist with prolonging the life and performance of the batteries.

I have a non-rechargeable model that I won't be using for a few months. Should I take the batteries out?

When storing headlamps and torches for extended periods, we recommend that the batteries are removed to prevent damage caused by leaking batteries.

What do I do if my alkaline battery leaks and damages my torch/headlamp?

Ledlenser’s warranty does not cover damages from battery leakage. However, many of the brand name battery manufacturers do warrant their batteries and the devices powered by them. When storing headlamps and torches for extended periods, we recommend that the batteries are removed to prevent damage caused by leaking batteries.

How does Ledlenser measure and report its lighting specifications?
